As the chief strategy officer of Upskill, Jay is responsible for directing the roadmap of its award-winning Skylight platform and the growth of its ecosystem. A globally recognized enterprise augmented reality and digital workforce transformation speaker and author, Jay coined the term “assisted reality” to describe a non-immersive wearable experience of AR, the most prevalent AR experience for the industrial workforce today.

He is passionate about bringing the digital enterprise to the hands-on workforce in Industry 4.0. A graduate of Tufts University with B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering, Jay has served on the Augmented Reality Enterprise Alliance (AREA) board of directors since its inception.
