Thomas Kauer is a former educator turned instructional design renegade for industry. He has a Master's in Technology, Innovation, and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is co-chair for the VRARA group's training division, and is currently an instructional designer at Tesla where he specializes in XR for hard skills training in manufacturing.
