Višnja is working in Learning Portfolio for the global Deutsche Telekom portfolio.

Višnja is in Telecommunication industry since 1999, mostly in Finance Area as Credit Management Expert. As she discovered HR World (Human Resources) in 2019, she decided to make a change in her career.

Last 2.5 years she is dedicated to development of future-oriented training concepts and programs in line with the business strategy, service area and market development, working as Portfolio Manager mainly for Agile and Project Management.

Shaping forward-looking digital learning landscapes in the Deutsche Telekom Group, Višnja implemented in Portfolio Courses by VirtualSpeech Ltd.

Višnja started those Courses as a way to overcome her fear of using VR and to improve public speaking.

Since then, Višnja is actively supporting Learning Community to Grow, Learn and have Fun.
