BECOME A VOLUNTEER AT AWE

We are always on the lookout for dedicated volunteers to lend a helping hand. Every volunteer has an important role to play in assisting the AWE team during its leading XR events.
 
Onsite volunteers can anticipate a variety of activities, such as Registration, Brand Promotion, Exhibitor Support, Speaker Support and Guest Management.

In order to best serve our attendees and create an awesome experience for all, volunteers are assigned to positions that meet the critical event needs at the time of your shift (s). We appreciate your flexibility!

We love our volunteers, and offer the following as a "thank you" for your help at each of the unique AWE events:
 
AWE Asia
  • An All Access conference pass to enjoy all areas of the exhibition when you are not working.
  • Access to experience cutting-edge AR/VR experiences at the venue on the 2nd event day. 
    IMPORTANT:  Volunteers must be in position on the 1st day and can only experience the expo as a participant on the 2nd day.)
  • Work alongside an international team to develop and enhance personal skills.
  • Volunteers must be over 16 years old and based in Singapore
  • Receive an exclusive AWE Volunteer Certificate a cool, limited edition AWE T-shirt!
AWE EU
In exchange for your minimim of TWO 4 hours shifts, AWE will provide:
  • A 2-Day All Access conference pass to enjoy AWE outside of your shift(s).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer.
  • A special Volunteer Networking Event the day prior to AWE.
  • A dedicated Volunteer Slack Channel to network and communication with fellow volunteers before and during the event.
  • Receive an exclusive AWE Volunteer Certificate a cool, limited edition AWE T-shirt!
AWE USA
