Farhan Amin is the founder of Concept Health Technologies, runs the largest VR/AI-enabled health service in the NHS delivering pulmonary rehabilitation to patients with Chronic Respiratory Disease. It was the only service running in the NHS during Covid 19 Pandemic Lockdown in the UK and was granted “Breakthrough Device Designation” by the FDA. He is a practising GP in Cumbria, UK and has a keen interest in introducing digital technology to augment healthcare systems becoming more humanistic & patient-centred. In 2014, Dr Amin was awarded one of the Top 50 innovators by HSJ for his work on digital patient stories.
