PANEL: Navigating the XR Healthcare Ecosystem

Attendees will gain knowledge on how to design applications to be compatible with healthcare systems, learn about clinical research expectations for XR interventions, and be introduced to the XR health community to support developers.

Each participating organization leads a sector of the ecosystem - Safety, Medical, Industry, and Research. Representatives will share the current perspective on the role of XR in their field. The panel will discuss the opportunities - both present and emerging - for XR in healthcare. Guidance for developers and adopters of XR health applications will be shared, with direction to reliable resources. The session will exemplify the cooperative nature of XR communities in healthcare that leads to true impact for patients and medical practice.
