BECOME A VOLUNTEER AT AWE

We are always on the lookout for dedicated volunteers to lend a helping hand. Every volunteer has an important role to play in assisting the AWE team during its leading XR events.

Onsite volunteers can anticipate a variety of activities, such as Registration, Brand Promotion, Exhibitor Support, Speaker Support and Guest Management.
In order to best serve our attendees and create an awesome experience for all, volunteers are assigned to positions that meet the critical event needs at the time of your shift (s). We appreciate your flexibility!

AWE does not cover travel expenses for the volunteers. Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and lodging.
 
We love our volunteers, and offer the following as a "thank you" for your help at each of the unique AWE events:

 
AWE USA
In exchange for a minimum of two shifts, AWE will provide::
  • A 3-Day All Access conference pass.
  • A special Volunteer Networking Event the day prior to AWE.
  • A dedicated Volunteer Slack Channel to network with fellow volunteers before the event and then to use as a Group Chat during the event.
  • An exclusive AWE Volunteer Certificate of Participation
  • And, as always, a cool AWE T-shirt!

*Must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer.
