Kristi Woolsey is a global expert on integrated spatial experience design for combinations of physical and digital space.  She leads BCG’s Global Extended Reality Practice, BCG’s partnerships with a number of leading companies in the XR industry, and acts as an expert advisor on experience design that moves AI offscreen and into the physical world.

Since the pandemic, she has worked with numerous fortune 500 companies to understand new physical/digital opportunities both in the consumer space and the post-pandemic future of work and workplace. More recently, she has focused on utilizing AR connected to AI for enabling frontline workers (technicians, field agents, healthcare)

She has been quoted in the London Financial times, Business Insider, Crains, Wall Street Journal, spoken at Grace Hopper, Worktech, Corenet, and has 2 TEDX talks. She is based in Pittsburgh PA, USA and teaches adjunct at Carnegie Mellon University in the Integrated Innovation Institute in the College of Engineering.
