Ellysse Dick is a Policy Manager at Meta's Reality Labs, supporting product teams navigating regulatory environments around generative AI, photorealism, and identity expression in immersive experiences. Ellysse began her policy career as a think tank program manager, where she built expertise in issue areas that have informed her approach to tech policy from women's leadership to free expression. Prior to Meta, she led AR/VR research as a Policy Analyst at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation and established the inaugural AR/VR Policy Conference in 2021.

Ellysse holds a BA in International Affairs and German Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School. She lives in Washington, DC with her wife and their white cat Artemis.
