Kevin Ang is an Emmy Award winning artist who’s worn various hats throughout his 25 year career, but it’s the XR space and community that has most captured his heart and mind. In pursuit of delighting both himself and audiences, he is constantly exploring the ever evolving landscape of tools and workflows whether it’s mixed reality sculpting/painting, VRChat avatar creation, geolocated AR filters, and WebXR experiences made with gaussian splats.

His adventures through the XR wormhole have included mixed reality art residencies with FigminXR and Silpakorn University, being a speed sculpting contestant on an Oculus Medium reality show, a cameo as a Gremlin in the documentary “We Met in VR”, and shipping a game demo featuring many of his characters for the Tilt Five Lab.

Most of all, he’s passionate about harnessing flow states through play and showcasing how spatial design is truly the future.
