She currently works as a Virtual Reality Software Engineer at Specular Theory, where she develops advanced flight simulations for the United States Air Force. With a passion for blending immersive technology and artistic expression, Josette specializes in crafting cutting-edge training experiences and pushing the boundaries of tech-driven art.

Her creative work with Gaussian Splats and 3D environmental capture has made a mark within the digital art and XR community—most notably through her contributions to BRCvr, the virtual Burning Man project.
